UrbanNest Therapy Center

1. Scope of Services
UrbanNest Therapy Center provides developmental therapy services including speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral support, and parent coaching. All services are delivered by licensed professionals and are tailored to the individual needs of each child and family.
2. Client Eligibility
Services are available to children and adolescents referred by parents, educators, or healthcare providers. Intake assessments are required prior to therapy enrollment. UrbanNest reserves the right to refer clients to other providers if services are not clinically appropriate.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked through our Appointment Page.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a cancellation fee or affect future scheduling priority.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees are communicated during intake and vary by service type and duration.
- Payments may be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved digital platforms.
- Receipts are issued upon request.
- UrbanNest does not process insurance claims directly but can provide documentation for reimbursement.
5. Confidentiality
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with Philippine data privacy laws. Exceptions apply only in cases of imminent harm, abuse, or legal obligation.
6. Parental Involvement
Parents and guardians are expected to participate in coaching sessions, goal-setting, and progress reviews. UrbanNest encourages open communication to ensure therapy goals align with family needs.
7. Professional Conduct
Our therapists adhere to ethical standards set by their respective professional boards. Clients and families are expected to maintain respectful conduct during sessions and center visits.
8. Media & Documentation
Photos, videos, or testimonials may only be used for educational or promotional purposes with written consent from the parent or guardian. No identifying information will be shared without permission.
9. Feedback & Complaints
We welcome feedback to improve our services. Concerns may be submitted via email or in person. Formal complaints will be addressed within 5 working days.
10. Amendments
UrbanNest reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or posted notice.
